Im pretty sure the doctor just takes a baby bottle brush, ( the one with wire bristles.) And you get on all fours and count to 880 while he dips it in soapy water and drano, and swiftly dips and rotates the brush.
This is totally unecessary and can create problems.
It is only done as part of a medical proceedure.
The advert you saw is intended to relieve you of your money.
